KCx Lasting Wheel express (Lwe) 20 ltr

Lasting Wheel express is the new strong alkaline wheel cleaner for use in express car washes with recirculating soak sheets. Furthermore applicable in circulation systems with pH-value adjustment. It is added to the pre-soak arch as a special rim cleaner and spontaneously dissolves the brake dust there, so that the rims are already very well cleaned in the high-pressure express area. The high alkalinity, combined with good dirt carriers and corrosion protection ensure extremely good and mild cleaning of steel parts, such as brake discs. In addition to cleaning the rims, the cleaner has a pH-stabilizing effect for the water supply of the soaking sheet, in order to prevent microbiological contamination here and the rotten smell that often occurs as a result. The pH value in chamber systems can be adjusted to the pH value around 11 and kept stable with the adapted dosing by means of dosing mixing systems (Hydrominder) or by means of the electrode control.

For rim cleaning: consumption: approx. 15 - 20 ml / vehicle (dosage mixing system: e.g. Hydrominder, nozzle: 1 : 25) Attention: Not applicable as lance cleaner for chassis cleaning. Regular pH control of the pre-soak arch water is helpful. For systems with pH adjustment: Calibrate pH electrodes regularly.
